We loved the location of this hotel, it was so close to the beautiful Balangan Beach and had stunning views from its perch on the cliff. The hotel facilities were fantastic too, with a clean and refreshing pool perfect for a relaxing dip. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable during our stay. Lastly, the breakfast was great with tasty omelettes.

The hotel's location was great, very close to the beach and some nice restaurants and cafes. The pool area was also quite nice, well-maintained and very clean. the staff was friendly and helpful during our stay, which made our experience better.

Several things in our room didn't work properly, including the shower and air conditioning. We had to call the staff to fix them multiple times which was a hassle.

Best aspects of my New Year's stay: the bungalows were in a great location right on the beach and very comfortable. I loved the friendly staff who always made us feel welcome. the breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the beautiful sunset view.

The hotel lacked some basic amenities, and the Wi-Fi wasn't very reliable. the bathroom could have been cleaner, and the overall appearance of the hotel was a bit outdated.
